Lorem starts as a research into messiness and chaotic "orders" that arise and fall apart moulded by chance and time passing through. She is at the same time an author of this work and its protagonist. A persona or a mask I wear, and the thing in the mask itself.
Her impermanence is a tool, a shield, a relay; a shelf (an archive, a storage) used to navigate the world that asks a clear and definite proclamation of identity for all things, all bodies (and their beings).
Starting from the idea of Foucault’s heterotropia, Lorem forms and moves in the space similar to a heterotrophic one. I find this space concerned with materials that are contained in it, and what they want to say, do or make. This space is also concerned with chaoses that arise where lines of all the other things that inhabit this world cross or tangle.
I call this space heteroclitic space, an attribute I borrowed from this fragment of text:
“That passage from Borges (Celestial Emporium of Benevolent Knowledge) kept me laughing a long time, though not without a certain uneasiness that I found hard to shake off. Perhaps because there arose in its wake the suspicion that there is a worse kind of disorder than that of the incongruous, the linking together of things that are inappropriate; I mean the disorder in which fragments of a large number of possible orders glitter separately in the dimension, without law or geometry, of the heteroclite; and that word should be taken in its most literal, etymological sense: in such a state, things are “laid”, “placed”, “arranged” in sites so very different from one another that it is impossible to find a place of residence for them, to define a common locus beneath them all.”

“Upravo nered uzdrmava fragmente velikog broja mogućih poredaka u dimenziji bez zakona i geometrije, dimenziji heteroklitnog.
